Every Advantage Has Its Disadvantage
On a stunning autumn morning—one of the last of the season, as it turned out—I drove toward Golfclub Zeewolde to capture some beautiful shots. Upon arrival, I discovered the course was closed. Fortunately, as a photographer, this worked in my favor. With no golfers on the course, I had complete freedom to capture the beauty of this parkland course in Zeewolde without any interruptions.
Golfclub Zeewolde is a breathtaking 27-hole course, featuring a short par-3 course, a golf shop, and excellent practice facilities—everything a golfer of any level could wish for. Each of the three 9-hole loops has its own name: Pluut, Aak, and Botter. The course offers stunning holes, beautiful water features, and well-protected greens with strategic bunkering.
Simply put, it’s a fantastic course for an unforgettable round of golf.

"I knew Peter as a golfer from the club where he was a member, but not yet as a golf photographer. It’s always surprising when you discover a hidden talent in someone you previously only knew in one capacity.
I am absolutely thrilled with the golfer’s perspective Peter brings to his photography at Golfclub Zeewolde. Not only does he take stunning pictures, but he also has a unique ability to capture the atmosphere and identity of the course like no one else.
It’s been fantastic to collaborate and determine which parts of the course are most photogenic at the time of the shoot. Our goal is to create a website that visually reflects the changing seasons. The first images have been taken and are ready for publication—we can’t wait!"
